L'Oriental Medina Riad & Spa Marrakesh

We had a fantastic stay in a comfortable room with a spacious bathroom. The hotel's convenient location in the heart of the city allowed us to easily explore the medina and visit nearby attractions on foot. The friendly staff provided excellent service and gave us helpful tips for navigating the area. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the beautiful view from our room. The hotel also had great facilities such as a relaxing hammam and a picturesque poolside area.

That the pathway to the hotel could benefit from more lights for easier navigation at night.

Everything was spot on.

The breakfast at L Oriental Medina Riad Spa was amazing. We enjoyed trying different typical Moroccan dishes every day, and the food was delicious. The staff was also very cute and made sure we had everything we needed.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Medina, just a stone's throw away from the main street. You'll find yourself wandering down winding alleys to reach this hidden gem. The staff at this hotel are simply amazing. From Elias, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay, to the friendly and caring cleaning staff, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a typical Moroccan style, and every morning they were spotlessly clean. Attention to detail is definitely a priority at this hotel.

The noise from other guests sitting upstairs and talking late in the evening was a bit bothersome.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of the bustling Medina. The staff here are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a traditional Moroccan style, adding to the overall charm of the hotel. And let’s not forget the breakfast, which was an absolute delight with a wide range of delicious Moroccan dishes to choose from.

The only minor issue we had during our stay was with the lighting in the rooms, which felt a bit dim.

One of the receptionists, Youssef, personally escorted us to the riad through the maze-like alleyways, we arrived safely. He also took the time to explain the area's map in detail, answering all our questions. The staff were really good too make us feel at home, even following up on our request to go hot air ballooning. The dedication and attentiveness of the team made our experience excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great pool with one lounger, spacious bathroom and plenty of hanging space in the room. Delicious dinner and wine at the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff who taught us new Arabic words and escorted us to the taxi stop. Amazing breakfast and attentive waiter. Convenient location near good restaurants.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They were very good too make sure I had a great stay. The service was perfect and they really cared about my well-being. The location of the hotel was perfect, close enough to the main attractions but not too close to the hustle and bustle. I also enjoyed the beautiful decoration of the communal spaces and the lovely rooftop terrace.

I had a few issues. The plunge pool was not in a good condition, it was cloudy when I arrived and didn't improve throughout my stay.

We stayed at a cute riad tucked away in a hidden alley, which was a perfect location for exploring the market. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering us tea and cakes upon arrival. The double room was clean and had a good-sized bathroom. The breakfasts by the pool area were lovely. The staff was always available to answer any questions and made sure we had a great time.

The WiFi in the rooms was sometimes weak.
